I did run into a glitch with the website yesterday (it wasn’t allowing me to enter an ending date to the trip, but starting over worked). I once telephoned customer service to make a small change to my coverage, and it was made quickly and easily.

My destination required certain items to be included in my travel policy. I called the customer service number and they were extremely helpful and walked me through all the policies and the best fit for my trip.
